I had a great ten night 🌙 stay at Occidental Hotel & Resorts located strategically in Al Jaddaf ten minutes walk from Dubai Metro and 3 minutes walk from RTA bus stop that serves Gold Souk, Dubai Creek, Al Jaddaf marine station. I would like to send my compliments and appreciation for the great hospitality by Guest experience manager Chlristina Taboada & Fattah who made my stay very exceptional and with demonstrated high standards of customer service. I would also like to thank The Souk Restaurant who served the best international cuisine which was delicious also very helpful welcoming at Souk Restaurant by staff members Prakash , Roston, Charan, Magda and last but not least her friendliness Catherine thanks to all the happy team at Souk Restaurant.

Our stay was absolutely beautiful. All the staff very friendly, kind, welcoming, a special thank you belongs to the restaurant team who were all so very professional and kind finding out about my allergy for fish and seafood (it was during a dinner specially focused on fish and seafood), without any hesitation offered me many extra options and took immediate action. All in all, wonderful hotel, very nicely decorated, very spacious room, convenient location especially for exploring Downtown Dubai, very good food (both taste and selection). We also had premium access meaning during the day, we could grab some drinks, coffee and snacks, which was very nice as well, again with an amazing service, thank you and we hope to be back one day!

It is approximately 10-15 from the centre If your having any issues you can speak to the friendly staff at the reception. We have our good mate Fattah and side kick Marry doing his best to make your stay comforting. And a special thank you for the Vallet parking boys at the front, we got Islam and Ahmed. Very genuine and will do there best to give you a good advice on we’re to go and saves you better bucks for your money. Thank you Occidental hotel for the experience

Very Clean, nice delicius food with big variety and high quality. . We booked the hb pachage and was nice surprise to learn many more included us happy hour, snack bar, offers for food and services!! We had spa treatment for couples, was great! We recommend it! The room was big,beautiful comfortable bed, with great view. The Hotel is exactly as at the pictures. Thank you, we will come back.

Moreover, I found the booking to be great value for money, especially when compared to other hotels in the city. Also, I want to commend Fattah, the individual who assisted us with our luggage. Fattah was exceptionally helpful, and his cheerful demeanor added a positive touch to our stay.
