Outstanding Service by Faith and Kaoutar Faith and Kaoutar went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was seamless and enjoyable. From handling my reservations to providing valuable recommendations and assistance during my stay, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in everything they did. Faith’s friendly demeanor and attention to detail made me feel not only welcome but genuinely valued as a guest. Kaoutar’s professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile ensured that all my requests were promptly and perfectly handled. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. First of all, I would like to mention the excellent service and friendliness of FAITH at the reception. She was very friendly and welcoming. I had a flight connection the next day and she let me to stay until 2PM instead of noon. Nevertheless, she also upgraded my room. She is professional and very friendly! I wish I could see her again. The hotel itself is gorgeous, spacious rooms, well equipped rooms, large TVs, nice view, water, tea, coffee is provided in the room. AC works perfectly fine.
